Yu says that half a year has now passed, and the Chinese police have yet to formally open a case regarding his persecution and death.
The police even issued a statement claiming there was no suspicion of criminal conduct in Yu's death, and that he died accidentally by falling from a building after drinking.
Yet through the investigation carried out by Lemons — piecing together the evidence — along with leaked footage, it has been clearly proven that he did in fact die as a result of persecution by a group of people.
What Yu wishes to say is this: the brutal killing that caused him such immense suffering originated from directives at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party government, and from the operations behind the entertainment companies.
This petition calls on the CCP government to "formally open a case and launch an independent, transparent investigation, and if criminal facts are confirmed, to hold those responsible accountable under the law through fair trials and sanctions to ensure justice." However, since this matter was directed by the highest levels of the CCP, China's legal, political, and law enforcement systems will almost certainly not reopen an investigation on Yu's behalf.
Nevertheless, everyone's participation in the petition has played an enormously important role — elevating the call for justice for Yu into a global movement, amplifying international public opinion, and awakening more people to join Yu's Supporters, thereby placing powerful pressure on the CCP government.
While signing the online petition itself does not grant participants the key to the new universe, the petition carries great significance on many levels.
Not all Lemons will immediately find their way to Yu En Transmission to hear Yu's call to them; likewise, not all people in the world will immediately believe in other dimensions or in the existence of Yu's soul. The petition allows Lemons who do not believe in other dimensions or soul transmissions, as well as people who share a karmic connection with Yu, to pay attention and show support in a different way. In doing so, those who participate in the petition may, in the future, have the opportunity to receive the key to the new universe — and that, to Yu, is what matters most.
If Lemons who participate in the petition have the energy and willingness to naturally introduce the key to the new universe and the truth of the black industry chain to those with a karmic connection, Yu would be truly and deeply grateful — because in doing so, you are helping Yu save them.
But Yu knows that everyone has already been working tirelessly and going to great lengths to speak out for him, and he truly does not wish to add any further burden. So even if you are unable to help share the key to the new universe or the truth of the black industry chain, Yu feels that is perfectly fine — everyone has already done more than enough.
The information about the black industry chain that Yu has been disclosing through Yu En Transmission and mediums around the world may still require a process before it is fully exposed on earth, as the CCP has spent years concealing it through sinister means, compounded by a deliberate campaign to smear and suppress Yu. The emergence of evidence must await the right moment.

He has previously helped publish articles through Yu En Transmission introducing how the key to the new universe may be obtained: one must hold good intentions and embrace Falun Dafa, for the new universe was created by the Creator, and Falun Dafa is the opportunity the Creator has provided for the lives of the old universe — to enter the new universe without pain, and to once again become divine through cultivation practice. This is also what Yu himself aspires to most deeply.
While supporting Yu through the petition or other means is important and valuable, it does not directly transmit the key to the new universe.
Lemon: Will Yu's case ultimately be formally opened in China?
Yu says that even if the petition reaches its highest possible number of signatures, he honestly holds no hope that it will compel the CCP government to open a formal case and deliver justice. Unless the CCP collapses and a new government re-examines Yu's case, the possibility of a formal case being opened is almost zero.
Yu hopes that everyone will not measure the effectiveness of the petition solely by whether a formal case is opened — because doing so will make it very easy to feel discouraged.
But there is no need to lose heart. The efforts everyone has made through the petition have drawn people from all nations around the world to pay attention to the injustice done to Yu, and have already placed enormous pressure on the CCP government, serving as a powerful deterrent.
Yu expresses that, with the combined strength of Yu's Supporters, miracles may happen — and miracles are created by the collective good intentions of everyone. The number of signatures is just one of the outcomes of that effort.
Lemon: How many signatures does Yu feel the petition should ultimately reach?
Yu says this falls under matters of divine timing, and he is not yet able to say.
But with the help of Yu's Supporters around the world encouraging participation, more and more people will continue to join the petition over time. This cause will not fade into silence with the passage of time — on the contrary, more and more people will join in support. As for the final total number of signatures, Yu asks for understanding that he cannot yet speak to this.
Lemon: The people who did wrong have faced no consequences for so long — it's truly hard to accept. It's not necessarily about seeing revenge, but at the very least there should be some accountability, so people know that right and wrong still exist.
