A new report released by the Federation for American Immigration Reform identifies dozens of illegal aliens convicted or accused of serious crimes who entered the United States during the Biden administration, detailing cases that include terrorism, homicide, sexual assault and repeat unlawful entry.

Titled “America’s Most Unwanted”, the publication profiles 39 offenders described by the Washington-based nonprofit as among the most severe examples of criminal activity linked to illegal immigration during the four-year period. FAIR states the individuals highlighted represent a fraction of the broader population encountered by federal authorities.

Criminal Alien Report 2026 by yourNEWS Media

The organization asserts that 7.6 million illegal aliens entered the United States during the Biden administration, including individuals with prior criminal histories. FAIR also references government data indicating that more than 1.7 million migrants arrived from countries designated by the Department of Homeland Security as presenting national security concerns. Those nations include Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Nigeria, Mauritania, China, North Korea and others categorized as producing Special Interest Aliens.

According to FAIR, some of the offenders profiled entered the country multiple times. The group argues that stronger border enforcement and closer coordination between local law enforcement and Immigration and Customs Enforcement could have prevented some of the crimes cited.

The report’s release comes as the Trump administration points to new enforcement statistics. Judicial Watch reports that fiscal year 2026 began with the lowest illegal crossings in history, crediting stricter border policies implemented after President Donald Trump returned to office.

Federal authorities have also reported large-scale arrests of criminal offenders. In one Texas operation, officials arrested over 350 gang members with 1,700 criminal convictions, many of whom had reentered the United States multiple times. ICE reported that in Minnesota alone, agents apprehended approximately 2,000 dangerous criminal aliens in January, including individuals convicted of violent offenses.

Additional enforcement actions included a two-week West Virginia operation in which ICE arrested more than 650 criminal aliens, some convicted of child sexual abuse and drug-related crimes. In Florida, ICE announced the arrest of three criminal illegal alien killers and other violent offenders.

Among the individuals profiled in FAIR’s report are two men accused of targeting Jewish Americans in separate attacks.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian national, is identified as the suspect in a June attack in Boulder, Colorado. Authorities allege he used Molotov cocktails and a makeshift flamethrower during an assault on participants in a solidarity event for Israeli hostages. One person died and multiple individuals were injured. FAIR states Soliman entered the United States in August 2022 on a tourist visa that had expired before the incident.

The report also names Sidi Mohamed Abdallahi, a Mauritanian national accused of shooting an Orthodox Jewish man in Chicago in late 2024 while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” According to the report, Abdallahi crossed into the United States near San Diego, was apprehended by Border Patrol and later released pending court proceedings.

The FAIR publication further references the Venezuelan nationals charged in the killings of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley in Georgia and 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston.

FAIR maintains that the cases detailed in its report reflect enforcement gaps during the previous administration and argues that enhanced border controls and interior enforcement remain necessary to prevent similar crimes. Federal agencies continue to conduct arrests nationwide as immigration enforcement remains a central policy focus.
