Some viewers have left comments asking whether Yu En can start her own channel and do programs like other mediums. I’d like to give a unified response: as Falun Dafa practitioners, we cannot and do not engage in spirit channeling like mediums do. We are not mediums—we are cultivators. At the same time, I would like to share how we receive messages related to Yu.

First, we do not engage in spirit channeling, because this is not part of our cultivation practice and brings no benefit to our cultivation.
Second, we also cannot channel, because low-level spirits and ghosts simply cannot approach us. This is why I have never hidden my identity like many mediums do, nor do I fear sorcery—every genuine Dafa practitioner is protected by higher-level beings. This is also why we encourage people to “withdraw from the Three Organizations” (the CCP, Youth League, and Young Pioneers): once you withdraw, higher-level beings can intervene, creating an opportunity for salvation in this chaotic end-times world.

As for why Yu En can come into contact with certain beings—such as Yu, Mr. Leslie Cheung, and Lin Beichuan —there are several situations:

1. That being is not a low-level spirit at all (for example, Yu).

2. Higher-level beings permit that being to enter the field of a Dafa practitioner, in order to facilitate certain opportunities related to our mission. Take Mr. Leslie Cheung as an example: if he had not come to Yu En, I would not have sought out another medium when she mentioned him, nor would the opportunity to jointly speak out for Yu have arisen. Consequently, the messages Yu passed to Yu En would not have manifested in the human world.

3. Yu’s case is even more special: Yu En did not “actively” look into it, but rather passively received information. She cannot directly investigate Yu’s situation with her celestial eye at will; only when I ask her specific questions do images appear in her celestial eye. Yu En believes this is because cultivators who have historical connections with Yu allow her, through that karmic relationship, to receive the information she is meant to receive. In other words, we may also be one link arranged by higher-level beings in the events surrounding Yu.

At present, many abilities in this world are already acknowledged, including the celestial eye and clairvoyance of destiny, the latter being directly related to the celestial eye (this is something I learned from Zhuan Falun). Yu En uses the function of the celestial eye to examine information related to Yu. Among Dafa practitioners, many people possess supernatural abilities, so this is not something we find surprising or particularly pursue—it is a normal phenomenon in the process of cultivation. In our terms, there are two states: “cultivating with abilities open” and “cultivating with abilities closed.” “Open cultivation” means the practitioner’s abilities are open—Yu En is an example. “Closed cultivation” means the practitioner’s supernormal abilities are closed, allowing them to cultivate faster while in a state of delusion—this is my situation. However, closed cultivation does not mean the abilities are completely inactive; at critical moments or in major events, the well-cultivated side can still function—for example, through intuition.

That said, using supernatural abilities or higher-level powers to interfere with ordinary human society is an extremely serious matter. If it is not driven by mission or cosmic circumstances, it is not permitted and can lead to very dangerous consequences. This is why cultivators (and mediums as well) are only allowed to know truths at or below their current level, and even then the information may sometimes be inaccurate—so that people do not blindly believe. In my view, this is the universe’s way of protecting them and also being responsible to society. Therefore, we cannot disclose all the information we receive—this is to be responsible to everyone, to ourselves, and to protect all parties involved.

All information we receive related to Yu’s case is treated with caution and objectivity, because some of it is destined to be inaccurate (for the reasons explained above). Thus, whether people come to verify or falsify it, as long as it helps bring us closer to the truth, we see it as a good thing. However, this does not mean we will give disinformation operatives any opportunity to muddy the waters.

To the agents who fear the truths we are exposing and who are currently paying attention to us, we would also like to say this: everything we do is to expose evil and save sentient beings—and that includes you. We know that many of you were forced into dark systems and black industrial chains.
