Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters sits in a Colorado prison  after being convicted on state charges in connection with her role in a 2021 “security breach” when she was the Mesa County clerk. Peters and her supporters maintain she was acting to secure evidence that the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged and stolen from President Donald J. Trump.

The 70-year-old woman is serving a nine-year sentence, even though President Trump pardoned her recently.  Attorneys are acting on her behalf to get the U.S. Supreme Court to rule the pardon applies to the state charges against Peters because she served as Mesa County Clerk during the 2020 Presidential Election.  Therefore, they contend, the “mixed election,” which included the federal contest for president, means the pardon ought to apply and free Peters on the state charges.  Supporters have also said it is possible President Trump may eventually label Peters a “federal witness” in an ongoing investigation of the 2020 election, and order federal agents to escort her out of prison.

However, as the complicated process continues to play out, Steve Stern, the host of the Stern American rumble Podcast, is asking patriots to send Peters a Christmas card to let her know people care about her.  You can mail the cards to:  Tina Peters #203512 1401 W. 17th St. Pueblo, CO 81003.
