- Watch the video and put the steps of making “noquis” in the correct order:
A. ¡Buen provecho!
B. Lavamos la papa
C. Sacamos la papa del microondas
D. Rallamos el queso mozzarella
E. Hervimos el agua y ponemos los ñoquis en el agua
F. Agregamos harina y hacemos una bola de masa
G. Ponemos la papa en el microondas
H. Pasamos cada pedacito por la ñoquera
I. Dividimos la masa en tiritas y la cortamos en pedacitos
J. Agregamos sal
K. Agregamos un huevo y mezclamos todo
L. Rallamos el queso blanco
M. La pelamos y agregamos a la mezcla
N. Aplastamos la papa y mezclamos todo bien
O. Probamos los ñoquis y sonreímos
P. Después de unos 5-6 a minutos sacamos los ñoquis del agua
