國際兒童青少年繪畫比賽
2022年12月- 2023年9月
徵集對象：國內外5-18歲兒童青少年
作品主題：
從小在家庭生活教育每日真誠待人，不撒謊不打誑語，此為善；每日以善良之心慈悲待人，凡事為他人著想，亦為善；寬容的對待他人的過錯，寬宏大量以德服人，亦為善。日日心存善念、日日皆行一善就得善報，而人世間的好人自有神助，人生美滿而健康安泰”
一、比賽宗旨：
家庭是信仰的搖籃、價值承傳的紐帶。傳統的家庭發揮著承傳道德、維護社會穩定的功能。通過繪畫，讓孩子表現家庭的傳統價值，幫助他們走向美好的人生。
二、作品主題：
從小在家庭生活教育每日真誠待人，不撒謊不打誑語，此為善；每日以善良之心慈悲待人，凡事為他人著想，亦為善；寬容的對待他人的過錯，寬宏大量以德服人，亦為善。日日心存善念、日日皆行一善就得善報，而人世間的好人自有神助，人生美滿而健康安泰。人世間有許多小事，只要用心去做，就很容易做到“小善行大勇氣”幼稚園組(5-6歲)採用著色繪方式報名，著色繪範本請於下方參賽分組下載。兒童組至高中組依主題手繪創作方式報名。
三、參賽分組：

幼稚園組提供著色繪範本兩組，請下載後印出手工著色後再掃描上傳

四、作品要求：
12x18英吋紙張，風格不限，水彩、蠟筆、油畫、素描均可。800萬像素(10Mb)，長寬不拘(建議1600X900 比例，A3尺吋大小)
五、報名方式：
免報名費，請填妥併發照片至下面網址：https://cctc.taipei/register
以一個Email地址投稿一幅畫作為原則
六、獎項設置：
初賽：參賽獎，入圍獎(名額若干)
複賽：每組設一等獎、二等獎、三等獎和優秀獎。(若作品同分可同獎，不受名額限制)
七、獎金+獎狀：
1.幼稚園組：獎品+獎狀
2.兒童A/B組：一等獎：$美金300，二等獎：$美金200，三等獎：$美金100，優秀獎：$美金50。(可換成對等的當地幣值)
3.國中組：一等獎：$美金300，二等獎：$美金200，三等獎：$美金100，優秀獎：$美金50。(可換成對等的當地幣值)
4.高中組：一等獎：$美金500，二等獎：$美金300，三等獎：$美金200，優秀獎：$美金50。(可換成對等的當地幣值)
八、稿件截止日期：2023年9月30日
九、入圍名單公布日：
初賽公佈：2023年10月30日
預計頒獎：2023年11月30日
頒獎典禮地點及確定時間由主辦單位確認後公佈於官網
十、評審標準：
符合主題40%，構圖10%，技巧表現25%，色彩運用25%
一、參賽獎及入圍獎得獎須知：
1.參賽及入圍者若未能參與與成果發表會，實體獎狀及禮品郵寄酌收郵資工本費$美金 10(約新台幣 300)
2.團體報名無須繳費
十二、參賽條件和要求：
1.必須是參賽者原創作品，家長和老師不得代畫，但可參與討論主題內容和技術指導。
2.作品畫作參賽者需提供畫作文字敘述(約100-150字)。
3.參加過其他比賽的作品如有被該比賽錄取的，則不得再以該作品報名參加本比賽。
十三、版權：
作品版權為作者所有，但主辦單位享有作品的版權使用權。主辦單位不承擔由於作者有意或無意而導致的任何法律責任。

Open For: Children and adolescents aged 5-18 at home and abroad
1. Purpose of the competition:
Family is the cradle of faith and the link of value inheritance. The traditional family plays the function of inheriting morality and maintaining social stability. Through painting, let children express the traditional values of the family and help them move towards a better life.
2. Theme of the work:
Since childhood, we have been taught in family life to treat people with sincerity every day, to not tell lies, to treat people with kindness and compassion every day, to think of others in everything, to be tolerant to the faults of others, to be magnanimous, to convince others with virtue, keep kind thoughts in your heart every day, and if you do a good deed every day, you will get good rewards. Good people in the world will have God's help, and their lives will be happy, healthy and peaceful.

4. Requirements for works:
12x18 inch paper, any style, watercolor, crayon, oil painting, drawing can be 8 million pixels (10Mb), any length and width (recommended 1600X900 ratio, A3 size).

There is no registration fee, please fill in the form and send the photo to the following website: https://cctc.taipei/register
Submit a painting with an email address.
6. Awards setting:
1. Kindergarten 1 participant from each division Certificate + Prize
2.Children A/B and Junior Group
First Prize 1 participant from each division $300 USD
Second Prize 1 participant from each division $200 USD
Third Prize 1 participant from each division $100 USD
Award of Merit 1 participant from each division $50 USD
3. Senior Group
First Prize 1 participant from division $500 USD
Second Prize 1 participant from division $300 USD
Third Prize 1 participant from division $200 USD
Award of Merit 1 participant from division $50 USD
a. In case that two artworks receive the same score, both will be awarded the same prize.
b. Prizes can be awarded as the participant’s local currency instead of USD.
c. Participants and finalists who need physical certificates and gifts are required to charge a processing fee of $10 (approximately NT$300)

9. Evaluation Criteria:
Conform to the theme 40%, composition 10%, technical performance 25%, color use 25%
10. Conditions and requirements for the competition:
1. It must be the original work of the contestant. Parents and teachers are not allowed to draw on their behalf, but can participate in the discussion of the theme content and technical guidance.
2. Entrants of the works are required to provide a text description of the works (about 100-150 words).
3. If the works that have participated in other competitions are accepted by the competition, they shall not be allowed to register for this competition again.
11. Copyright:
The copyright of the work belongs to the author, but the organizer has the right to use the work. The organizers are not responsible for any legal trouble by the author. Group registration does not need to pay the production fee
