He is the Founder and CEO of the oO5 Dynasty brand and Ghost Wav movement, recognized for blending music, philosophy, multimedia storytelling, and creator culture into a unified digital ecosystem.
Known as a “jack of all trades,” oO5 Dynasty’s skill set spans rapping, singing, songwriting, dancing, music production, graphic design, drawing, photography, video editing, YouTube content creation, and gaming culture. The name “oO5” originates from Brooklyn, New York, and acts as a metaphor for the phrase “oh shit” — representing the unexpected reactions people have to Jamel’s creativity, adaptability, and unconventional thinking. Musical Style and Ghost Wav
oO5 Dynasty released his debut single, Pop Shells At Em!, on July 4, 2022, through oO5 Dynasty Records. The release received mixed reactions due to its cinematic and atmospheric approach to hip-hop. Inspired by childhood movie binge sessions, cinematic score music, and emotional storytelling, Jamel developed a genre known as Ghost Wav — a cinematic air-hop subgenre focused on mood, atmosphere, emotion, and immersive sound design. His instrumental release I Don’t Even Wanna Wake Up is considered one of the clearest examples of the Ghost Wav sound.
Early Career (2003–2007)
On Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at 11:55 AM, Jamel Pearson began his music production journey by creating his first instrumental.
