After 4.5 months of travelling independently across Asia, we decided to try something completely different: an 8-day Intrepid tour through China.

From the bright lights of Shanghai to the peaceful canals of Wuxi, the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an, and the incredible Great Wall and Forbidden City in Beijing, we experienced some of China’s most iconic sights while discovering what it’s really like to travel on an organised tour.
