1st Place Drum Line Competition Atlanta Drum Academy / Best Snare Line. Atlanta Drum Academy participated in their first drum line competition and received first place and they also won the best snare line.

The Atl Drum Academy prepared this show in a little over 3 hours the day of the competition. It's hard for them to have rehearsal time because the kids are rehearsing with their high school bands and Friday night football games. As you can see this line is smaller because all of the kids on the drum line had to audition to make it. There is not as many snare drums or any of the other drums as before. There are only a few of the Little Big Shot members on this line. Jasmine and Darius play a hot snare drum solo from Riverside Community College and Joshua Grant plays an awesome drum set solo as well. Some of the kids on this line are not old enough for marching band but they have been afforded to start their music education goals early. They are all talented kids, and that includes the kids on the other drum lines as well.
