President Trump hosts a Freedom 250 Grand Prix showcase at the White House.

The event is scheduled for Aug. 22 and 23, marking the first sanctioned auto race on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The 1.7-mile course will loop around the National Archives, National Gallery of Art and Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, organizers said.
