Heavy rain triggers flash flooding in Camden for second time this week

Another round of heavy rain swept through Camden on Thursday, flooding several roads, stranding drivers and renewing concerns just days after a similar storm caused widespread damage earlier in the week.

June Irizarry said he was driving near 10th Street and Kaighn Avenue when rising water overtook the roadway.
