15. Resonant Sounds - Verge 2024 Annual Showcase

A traditional DunHuang dance, Resonant Sounds depicts a wandering spirit wanting to tell stories about the Silk Road and the cultures of the cities along the road. The melodies of the pipa (a four-stringed Chinese lute) re-imagines the allure of the golden sands and blossoming flowers in the desert.
