But when it was time for the pool, Mom, Odashi, and Umami headed over to the pool.
However—only Maromi flat-out refused.
She clung to us as if to say, “I still want to play!” 😂
Actually, Maromi has been the type to skip pool practice since she was little.
Even though she’s an otter, she still doesn’t really like swimming that much.
She seemed to be having a particularly good time playing with the ball that day, so she kept playing by herself even after everyone else went swimming.
But… being alone is a little lonely after all. You could almost see her thinking, “I wonder if everyone will come back.”
