Day 3! I tried looking at the camera more this time—not sure if it's better or not, haha.

I also created my own A–Z dance vocabulary list to help with training. Please don't treat it as an official guide or textbook. Some of these moves reflect my own interpretation and have been adapted to fit my body and style. Do your own research, and use this series simply as inspiration for your own practice.
As always, I start with a full warm-up, including bounce, down bounce, and a bit of rocking. Then I move into today's vocabulary. I'm working through the alphabet across these sessions, and today covers G–J:

G – Grapevine
H – Happy Feet
I – Isolations
J – Jerk Motion

After practicing each move, I put everything together in a freestyle session to explore how they connect naturally.

Finally, I share one of my favorite concepts: Body Manipulation. This involves using one body part—usually your hands—to create the illusion of moving another body part, such as pushing your head, shoulders, or even moving your body across the floor. It's a fun concept that adds creativity and storytelling to your freestyle.

Thanks for watching, and I hope this gives you some inspiration for your own dance journey!
