Teen arrested in Colorado in killing of Penn State student; 2nd suspect still sought

One of the teens wanted in the killing of Penn State student Billy Schmidt has been arrested in Colorado, according to Philadelphia police.

Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore announced on Wednesday night that 16-year-old Azzubair Outen-Fleming was arrested in Colorado.

Police are still searching for a second suspect, identified as 16-year-old Kaiseem Smith.
