A French party with a surprise cake for Otter Kotaro's birthday!

Today is Kotaro the otter's 3rd birthday! Happy Birthday!!
So this year we celebrated at home with a French-style party and a surprise cake.
The cake looks like it was made in about 3 minutes in the video, but in reality, it took two of us over 2 hours of trial and error.
And, unlike cookies, the fish-shaped cookie cutters were incredibly difficult to use, so we struggled to make the "Happy Birthday" letters, which were then sucked into Hana's mouth at an astonishing speed.
