Elon Musk has been accused of personally fuelling antisemitism by an expert witness at the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion.
Speaking at the RC, the Online Hate Prevention Institute’s Andre Oboler said: “Elon Musk himself has amplified certain content that really promotes antisemitism and pushes hate”.
“After Trump was elected, we saw the Nazi salute that he did at the event,” he said.
“Read it as you will, but there’s certainly a problem there that is being amplified and coming from someone with a huge degree of influence over the platform.”
