An exceptional, fine and impressive vintage 0.20 carat diamond, 0.20 carat ruby, 0.21 carat sapphire, hot enamel and 18 carat yellow gold dragon brooch; part of our diverse jewellery collections.

This exceptional, fine and impressive vintage gold brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.

The brooch has been modelled in the form of a dragon with textured ornamentation in yellow gold to represent to dragon's scales.

The lower portion of the dragon's body is ornamented with impressive textured hot enamel decoration in tones of green and yellow.

The impressive gemstone and enamel brooch is further ornamented with a yellow gold bouquet of flowers held in the dragon's mouth.

The flowers are each represented by an individually claw set gemstone; a combination of impressive modern brilliant cut diamonds, round faceted rubies and round faceted sapphires.

The dragon's eye is represented by a circular panel of black enamel.

The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged double pin and push fit safety clasp.

The exceptional brooch is hallmarked to the reverse of the setting with the 18ct gold fineness mark (750) and the Italian town and maker's mark for Alessandria (494 AL).

This impressive gold dragon brooch with gemstones is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
