Alberta Woman Catches Close Encounter With A Kananaskis Grizzly Bear On Camera

Alberta officials are issuing warnings for Kananaskis Country after two close calls with grizzly bears.

On Wednesday, a woman was out for a morning walk with her dog in Alberta’s Rocky Mountains when a grizzly suddenly appeared a short distance away. The whole encounter was caught on camera.

In another instance, Alberta Parks said a camper was forced to use bear spray to scare away a bear after it tore a hole in their tent.
