Surveillance videos capture gunfire, illegal sale of alcohol as Fells Point sees second shooting

Fells Point experienced yet another violent and chaotic weekend.

Baltimore Police confirm an 18-year-old was shot in the 600 block of South Bethel Street just after midnight Sunday. No arrests have been made.
