Sarafan - a type of women's clothing, characteristic for the north of Odesa region (Eastern Podillia). Назва походить вид слова «шарий» - сирий. Everyday decorations were exactly gray or black, and festive ones - bright, saturated colors. They sewed them mainly from purchased cotton fabrics, the bottom of the skirt was richly decorated with ribbons, lace, pleats, etc. It took about 6-8 meters of fabric to sew this shirt.

Besaghi - a double fabric bag that was slung over the shoulder. They used them as a travel bag, and also carried Easter eggs in them to the church on Easter. It is interesting that in addition to small objects and food, they could carry children.

Videos of the SPADOK project (English: Back to Basics) are devoted to Ukrainian culture, traditions, and folk customs. In the part of the series "National Holiday Dress", viewers will see how a Ukrainian woman looked in the 19th-20th centuries, depending on age, social status and region of residence. For this, in each of the short but vivid episodes, the ethnic image characteristic of a certain region will be reproduced.
