President Trump Participates in a Medal of Honor Ceremony

President Donald Trump awards the Medal of Honor to three veterans at the White House.

During the ceremony, Trump joked that he wished he could award the medal to himself before recognizing Marine Corps Maj. James Capers, posthumous Col. John W. Ripley, and Army Maj. Nicholas Dockery for their extraordinary bravery and sacrifice.
