Case of the day: Difficult Root Canal #18 - 4 canals w/CBCT

Root canal completed at 2nd attempt 1 week after first attempt. Difficult access, difficult to find one of the distal canals. Thanks to existing obturation (after 1st attempt) and CBCT we were able to find it, treat it, and get the patient comfortable.
