You will find new tools being created every now and then to allow and support you in the homeschooling journey that you might be going after with your kids. Crayola light designer is one of these creations and it is actually one of those which we believe made it easier and much interesting for the kids to play while learning.

The idea behind the Crayola light designer is to help you know whether the answer you have placed for the question you have already written is right or wrong. This is following the concept of the white board - or any board actually - but it has its own pencils which you use to write on it and then clean it with a piece of cloth. When you right a specific question on this kind of board, it could help you to know whether the answer written afterwards is right or not through the light; it will light up if the answer is right and it will not if the answer is wrong.

This is not a tool that is used with maths and numbers only but it could be used with English words as well - like what we have done with drawing the cat and letting James guess the middle missing letter - so it works with maths and with English.

Crayola light screen is good and motivating for teaching kids for several reasons and the most important of them is that kids are usually interested about writing on boards on general and using one that is electronic makes the whole thing more interesting for them, the second reason is that they will feel good about themselves when they answer a right question and find that the screen is lighting up for them since they are correct.

Education means conversation and discussion and this means that while you are trying to educate your kids with using any technique that could be found out there, such as the Crayola light designer, you should hold a conversation with them and ask about the ways they got their answers, how they calculated any mathematical problem you have given them and also let them spell any word they have completed if you are playing English games.

Another important tip to keep in your mind in the process of homeschooling your kids is to play with them and this means that you will not be the only one asking the questions but they will take their part in the process and do their tricks on you. When the kids place a question for you to answer, it is always important to keep one thing in mind which is tricking them by placing wrong answers in order to know whether they already know the answer to the question they have placed for you or not.

This is one of the new creative methods created for teaching kids and educating them and there are lots of other things used in the journey of homeschooling which could be followed. If you are searching for the support needed to teach your kids and want those trusted and tried educational resources which you know will turn out to be successful, we have different videos on our channel which will give you some ideas.

Those links which you have to check include using play doh and Lego pieces to let the kids learn how to count numbers by stamping (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBsj-t9809E), creating some paper games which is about questions and their answers that could be played with the kids (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPsjbrQ-SI0) and using the actual papers and pens for writing down the numbers, adding them, subtracting, doing any multiplication or even dividing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ThvxFIKjCo) and all these games could be also applied when teaching kids how to spell English letters and words.

There are lots of videos which you will find out when it comes to educating your kid in an interesting and motivating way that would include games, doing some tricks, writing down and coming up with other new methods which they will find interesting to do and thus will prove that your homeschooling part is turning out to be successful.

If you have any questions to ask or even if you have any ideas or suggestions, don't hesitate to send them over and let us help you with the answers or bring those ideas out to the public to make them useful and let all the parents out there enjoy your techniques.
