Our brains get so caught up processing the next task or worrying about future problems that we forget to just look up and enjoy what we already have.

In this video, I wanted to take you along on a very ordinary summer day—starting with a walk out in the fresh rain to collect stones, and ending in the warm sunshine, creating simple table decorations with thrifted oyster shells and fresh flowers in a vase. 🐚🌿

As the decades go by, life only seems to move faster. That’s why I’m trying to intentionally look away from my task list and make time to just do something creative. It really isn't about the final product; it’s about the peace and presence you find while making it.
