This video is about the difference between Present Perfect Simple and the Past Simple. Both tenses are often confused even by native English speakers. The Present Perfect Simple is both a past and a present tense and it describes an unfinished action without indicating a precise time. The Past Simple or Simple Past instead, describes a finished action placed at a specific time in the past. It might be tricky when there are certain adverbs of frequency to decide which tense to use. Watch the video and find out which ones to use.
The lesson is mainly designated for elementary students who wish to study or review English grammar and vocabulary. However, it would also help students who are at an advanced level who wish to brush up on English grammar. This lesson is explained in Italian.
