The purpose of the FY 2026 OTP Pre-Application Technical Assistance webinar is to provide interested applicants information, resources, and assistance as they prepare to submit a grant application under this competition. This webinar will review the information in the Application Notice & Instructions, including the program purpose, applicant eligibility, the competition’s priorities, selection criteria, performance measures, and finally, the application and submission process.
