Real Avocado Soap Tutorial: The Truth About Additives
When making natural soap, many of us love adding fresh fruits or vegetables because of their "skin-loving" image.

During the saponification process, most vitamins, enzymes, and delicate nutrients are unfortunately destroyed or broken down. In many cases, adding these ingredients is no different than simply adding water.
That is why I use one clear standard for my recipes:
“Does this ingredient actually participate in the saponification process?”
In today’s video, I’m sharing a recipe using the ultimate ingredient that meets this standard: Avocado.
