From Watercolor to Bold Marks: Abstract Mixed Media Art Process

In today’s video, I’m creating an abstract mixed media piece from start to finish, and I’m focusing on playful layers, mark making, and texture. I’m using Kuretake Art Nouveau watercolors as my base, then building up details with graphite pencil, a Uniball Signo white pen, tempera paint sticks, Faber-Castell Black Edition pencils, and acrylic paint pens.
