Inside the ABANDONED House of a Failed Toronto Mayoral Candidate and Trouble Maker Chris Sky

In this video I explore the abandoned house located on the same property as the unfinished mega mansion from one of my recent videos,.

Most people know this address because of the massive unfinished luxury mansion that has sat incomplete for years. Public records and real estate listings have connected the property to Christopher Saccoccia, better known as Chris Sky, a King City resident, property developer, failed Toronto mayoral candidate, and one of Canada's most controversial public figures during the COVID era.

While the unfinished mansion has attracted attention from explorers, photographers and real estate watchers, very little attention has been paid to the smaller abandoned house sitting on the same property.

Inside, I found large open living spaces, an unfinished basement gym, bedrooms left behind with furniture and personal belongings, extensive water damage, mold, collapsing ceilings and evidence of years of neglect. The contrast between the grand ambitions of the unfinished mansion and the deteriorating condition of this abandoned house makes for a fascinating exploration.
