Letter AI is a B2B SaaS startup and revenue enablement platform that helps companies onboard sales reps faster and close deals more consistently — turning scattered docs and slide decks into personalized training, role plays, and certifications, all in one place.

In 2023, CEO Ali Akhtar quit his job the day ChatGPT launched, and built Letter AI from the ground up. Now, they've raised back-to-back funding rounds, grown from 4 to nearly 40 people, and are closing 30 to 40 deals a quarter.

I flew to Chicago to learn how to scale a startup by following Ali and the team through pipeline reviews, customer QBRs, and end-of-day deal sprints. And yes, I even had to pitch their own product at a cookout in front of the entire team.
