Vasendin Yury

The artist Yuri Dmitrievich Vasendin was born in Arkhangelsk in 1958. In 1975, he graduated from art school and worked as an artist in the village house of culture. During working hours, he drew posters for the club, and in his spare time he wrote for the soul. And by the end of the eighties of the last century, the artist from the northern village of Maymaks was known not only in Russia, but also far beyond its borders. Yuri Vasendin's canvases are simply captivating. Such power and quiet beauty of nature, spicy smells of wet forest and lovely needles.
