U.S. President Donald Trump says he's been working the phones trying to save the Middle East ceasefire from falling apart. The fragile truce between Israel, the U.S. and Iran has been in place since April 8, but no long-term deal has emerged since.

Iran’s foreign ministry repeated that a ceasefire in Lebanon is inseparable from any deal to end the U.S.-Iran war.
