This Tiny House Wears a Green Ceramic Skin
This house does not use green as paint, it uses ceramic.
TR House, by PMMT arquitectura, in Barcelona, wraps a compact volume with a suspended green ceramic skin made from Flexbrick.
This skin is not only a façade, it works as a brise, a pergola, a roof filter, a privacy layer and a way to visually connect the house to the garden around it.
Built on a difficult site, beside an existing family house and below street level, the project uses a compact volume, a central patio, controlled openings, wood screens, adjustable aluminum louvers, and ceramic shading to bring light, privacy, and comfort into a tight urban condition.
It is not a house built around spectacle. It is a house built around precision.
A compact home where one green ceramic layer does more than just look different.
