Let's make the Barbara Bum Roll--the most versatile skirt support in history! This quick, easy project is perfect for beginners and will suit you for a full 300 years of costuming--from the 16th century all the way through the 18th!

This is the next in the Sew 17th-Century Scroop series, where we are building a new mid-17th century ensemble using the new Scroop patterns! I'm so excited to share this with you--and SUPER excited that we finally have some commercially available 17th century patterns to work from!
