Slow Living in Rural England - A Spring Day at the Cottage

This week we came to the countryside expecting rain — and got the most beautiful spring sunshine instead. This is one of those weeks I want to hold onto forever.

Slow walks, tired legs, children running through the fields, and coming home to make something warm and nourishing from scratch. A slow-cooked grass-fed beef stew, brownies baked for a gathering (and eaten before I could film them), and the kind of week that reminds me why I chose this life.
