Billionaires in the Village: A convoy of SUVs with blacked-out windows has arrived as global billionaires from the US, Italy, China, and Australia scout Ambridge for land investment and rewilding projects. Natasha Archer is in full "sales patter" mode, impressing the investors with local history and a visit to the beaver enclosure.
A Crisis for Rory?: Ben expresses deep concern for Rory, fearing he may be on the verge of a breakdown after learning Rory has been "talking" to his late mother, Siobhan. While Brian is initially defensive and tells Ben to stay out of it, he later apologises, admitting that the family has been "through the ringer" and that Rory has indeed struggled since his time in London.
The Vintage Jacket Scandal: At Bridge Farm, Natasha’s online selling side hustle causes a major domestic rift when she accidentally sells Tom’s "vintage" wax jacket for £50. Tom is devastated to lose his favourite coat, but Natasha insists that if he won't help with the workload of photographing and listing items, he shouldn't complain about what gets sold.
