Israel, degenerates to the point of desolation, with Jerusalem depicted as "Mystery Babylon" the mother of harlots in Revelation 11:8, and chapters 17-18. The revelation of the mystery woman follows the vision of the seventh angel denoting that no time remained for delay. Immediately following this judgment is the marriage of the Lamb to his New Bride, the Holy City and New Jerusalem which came down out of heaven. The time of the events are in the past and are not prophetically related to the modern state of Israel or any country of the present.
