Im Back Building a Treehouse Cabin Alone in the Forest Season 2 Begins
NEDERLAND
In this episode I’m building a treehouse cabin alone in the forest - I battle woodworms, experiment with wool & windows. Follow the full build from scratch.
This is the first episode of Season 2 and Part 12 of The Treehouse Experiment documentary — my off-grid solo build deep in a beautiful forest in the Netherlands, where I build a two story treehouse by hand. In this episode I clean freshly cut sheep wool and I experiment how to uses this wool instead of window sealer when I install a reclaimed window. The outside wall is also closed and other wood work projects progress nicely. I'm a designer by trade, building this treehouse is my passion project. I try to make inspiring cinematic building videos with a lot of different experiments. To test and explore existing and new construction methods on a low budget. A lot of used and reclaimed materials are used. I build in a nature friendly and ecological way in harmony with nature.
Exiting times!
Kind regards,
Ruud
