Who Is The Light To Rule The Nations? Psalms 2 is the prophecy which speaks of the the King whom God would set on His holy hill in Zion. This king would rule over the nations.

One who would be a light to the nations would rise. Who is the light to the nations? Isaiah speaks of the Light. Those in the N.T. are illuminated by this Light.
