The Lord Descends 1 Thes 4:13-18 No Rapture Part 5

The Lord Descends From Heaven, 1 Thes. 4:13-18, Part 5, continues the revelation of God in His Holy Temple from the types and shadows of the Exodus at the Cosmic Temple in Sinai, Exodus 19 and 24.

This lesson features texts from the glory of God manifested in Solomon's temple, Ezekiel's heavenly throne vision, Isaiah recap of God's descent and the heavenly temple vision of Revelation chapter 4. All of which are the background material for the understanding of 1 Thessalonians chapter 4:13-18, where the people are prepared to ascend to the Most Holy Place to meet with the God of heaven in all of His glory.

For the first time, the entire congregation through the atonement of Christ will have the chance to gather and meet with God around his throne in the Most Holy Place. This message is missed and messed up with the Dispensational doctrines of the Rapture and the other futurist docrtrines, i.e. Amillennialism of a literal bodily appearance of Christ.

The symbols of trumpets, God's voice, thunderings, lightnings, clouds and air are the types and apocalypticism used in 1 Thes. 4.
