Sunday April 24 2022 resurrection and bodily change

How are we to understand the timing of the resurrection and bodily change of 1 Corinthians 15 which is said to be "in a moment and in the twinkling of an eye"? Some believe these terms mean the event has not occurred. Is this reasoning solid?
