My Reward Is With Me Revelation 22:12-15 #bibleverse #biblestudy #christianity
“My reward is with me” is Jesus’ promise to avenge His servants, the apostles, prophets, and saints.
Humbled, suffering, and martyred for almost 40 years, they cried out for vengeance.
They waited patiently on the Lord. He promised to avenge them.
And so He did during the Roman invasion, when their agents of destruction swept through the city of Jerusalem in the year 70 A.D.
He left the most indisputable prophetic mark on the consciences and minds throughout history.
No one can successfully deny His claims.
His reward was the kingdom of God.
Now His servants serve Him in His holy temple.
It is a house not made by human hands.
He came quickly, in what the Bible describes as the day of the siege, between the years 66 and 70 A.D.
The Romans surrounded Jerusalem (Luke 21:20-22).
