DA files civil lawsuit against landlords over condemned property

Bucks County District Attorney Joe Kahn on Monday announced a civil lawsuit against the owners of a now-condemned apartment building in Dublin Borough, marking what he described as the first time his office has used Pennsylvania's consumer protection law to pursue a landlord.

The action targets Richard and Ronald Goetter, the owners of an eight-room apartment building at 113 S. Main Street that officials say was uninhabitable.
