In this episode I take you to Grove Ink Tattoo parlor to get my newest tattoo.

Grove Ink is considered to be one of the best tattoo parlors in Miami. It’s located in the heart of the historic Coconut Grove neighborhood along Grand Avenue, near shops and restaurants.

Artists Briga, Bruno, Frank and Daniel specialize in custom designs, each with their own style. I decided to go with Daniel Lamarca, a Brazilian-born tattoo artist whose know for his 3D realistic tattoo art. You can follow Danial at @LaMarcaDaniel on Instagram to see all his work.

For those of you who don’t know, I’m half Italian and I love traveling to Italy! I decided on the symbol of Rome, the Colosseum on my bicep to represent my heritage and a city I love.

It’s been a while since my last tattoo and I completely forgot about the pain. After about an hour, my arm just goes numb. In all, it took about 5 full hours to complete the Colosseum. What ‘ya think?
