How to Maintain Gut Health While Traveling | Tips from a World Traveler

As a travel host, I have traveled to dozens of countries and over a thousand cities around the world. It’s my dream job, and I know how fortunate I am that I get to make a living doing what I love. But it doesn’t come without its risks, which include occasional digestive illnesses, which can crop up out of nowhere after drinking questionable water or eating food made in unsanitary conditions.
