Located within a dramatic alpine landscape, this award-winning home draws on the familiar language of rural gable forms, reinterpreted with a refined and contemporary sensibility. Rather than competing with its surroundings, the architecture sits comfortably in the landscape — grounded, composed, and deeply connected to place.

A restrained palette of materials anchors the house to its environment, while carefully arranged volumes respond to both climate and view. Each space is tuned to the shifting light and expansive landscape, creating a home that feels both robust and quietly expressive.
