Oman Vlog Series – Episode 1 🇴🇲 | My First Impressions + Mutrah Corniche + Useful Travel Tips

I always carried a fear of visiting Gulf countries for many reasons on the personal front.
But I decided to face my fears and travel to Oman — and my experience changed everything. Oman is a beautiful blend of mountains, deserts, and turquoise seas — a place where tradition and modern life coexist with grace. The historic Mutrah Corniche, the aroma of frankincense in the old souq, and the friendly smiles of locals make this destination unforgettable for me. It’s one of the Gulf’s most underrated gems, offering raw adventure, rich culture, and genuine hospitality that stays with you long after the trip ends. On my first day in Muscat, I explored the beautiful Mutrah Corniche, the Souq, stunning seaside views and friendly local culture.

Oman is a country that gently breaks your fears and surprises you with kindness. I arrived with so many inhibitions, unsure of what to expect. But the more I walked through its streets, the more I realised how welcoming, peaceful, and respectful life here truly is. Oman doesn’t shout for attention — it embraces you quietly and makes you feel safe, especially as a woman traveller. What I thought would be a trip filled with hesitation turned into a journey of healing and new perspectives. Oman surprised me in the most heart-warming way. 💙
I hope my stories give courage to more Indian women to travel freely and confidently.
