INGREDIENTS:
700g chicken gizzards
For boiling: water, green onion and salt
1 thumb-size ginger, sliced
7 cloves garlic (minced) + 6 whole cloves
1 small onion, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce for color (optional)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp whole peppercorns
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp brown sugar
Water
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
