Authentic NICARAGUAN STREET FOOD Breakfast at Central Market in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua!

In San Juan del Sur, I started my morning at the bustling municipal market with my friend Carlos from Visit Nicaragua. We explored stalls selling fresh produce, cheese, and handmade tortillas before sitting down at Clementina for a hearty Nicaraguan breakfast of gallo pinto, huevos rancheros, maduros, avocado, and spicy chilero—all for under \$3. After meeting friendly locals and sampling tamarind chia juice, we browsed souvenirs, secondhand clothing, and cheese-filled tortillas before heading to the beautiful Maderas Beach, a small surfer’s paradise just 20 minutes away.
